Of course we hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. If that is not the case, and you can return your purchase under the given conditions. Return the product to us within 14 days of your purchase and use the withdrawal and return form. Do not forget to mention your order number  for a speedy process!

 

In case of a return, the following conditions apply:

 

- The article is complete, not used or damaged and (insofar as possible and applicable) in the original packaging.

- The (shipping) costs for dependent are for your own account.

- You must handle the item you want to return with care.

- Complete the withdrawal and return form and add it to the product you are returning.

- Damaged and used products cannot be returned.

When we receive the return order in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days on the bank account used for the purchase.
