 After you placed your order in the webshop, you will receive a confirmation email. Did you not receive a confirmation email? Please contact us. 

Payment
Within our webshop, you can pay with IDEAL by providing internet banking of your own bank. The prices provided in our webshop are including BTW, and excluding delivery fee. The standard deliviery fee is €4,95.

Delivery
The avarage deliviery period is three working days with products in stock. To the Wadden islands we uphold different conditions, and we do not deliver outside The Netherlands. Your order will be deliverd on the adress provided, which requires to be an exsisting adress. PostNL upholds the right to deliver your product to third parties if you are unable to accept the package. 

If the product is out of stock, we exepect a delivery time of around two months. This is because our mothers are working very hard to restock the handmade products all over the world.
